The Basic Needs Team within the Office of Student Financial Aid will review the Badger Reclaim Request form.
By filling out the claim form for an item – or items -you are not choosing a specific items but rather a category. The item you receive will be gentle used and may look slightly different than the stock images used on the website. The pictures are simply for a reference/idea of what you could be receiving.
Please check with your roommate(s) to confirm that you do in fact need need the item(s) for your room before filling out this form.
Once you submit the form a Basic Needs staff member will respond to your request within 2-3 business days.
