
Tora Frank is the Basic Needs Case Manager in the Office of Student Financial Aid. She helps students facing housing, food, and financial insecurity by connecting them to critical resources and collaborating with campus and community partners to strengthen the programs and systems that support student well-being. An AmeriCorps alum, Tora brings two decades of program evaluation experience and ten years of teaching social policy. She holds a Master of Public Affairs and a PhD in Social Welfare, both from UW–Madison. She’s committed to a student-centered approach that promotes equity, belonging, and success. Outside of work, she’s usually sneaking snacks to her flat-coated retriever, Moose.
